Our clinic has an approved panel physician to do Immigration Medical Exam for countries: Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Our clinic provides MEDICAL EXAMINATION ONLY. Any required blood tests, urine test, and chest x-ray are not done at this location. Please refer to the lab and x-ray information below on how to book these tests.

Lab and X-ray Information

The required lab tests and x-rays must be done after the medical examination that is done at our clinic. These tests cannot be done prior to the medical exam as there are necessary documents/requisition forms that need to be provided.

Please note that the required lab test and x-ray are separate payments. The payment for the medical exam in our location does not include these tests.

Make sure to bring the necessary documents/requisition forms provided for the appointment as you may be asked to present your identification again.

Lab (Blood and Urine) Test Instructions:

You must contact Dynalife to book an appointment or walk-in if available

  • Ages 5-14: require urine test only

  • Ages 15 and over: require urine test and blood test

  • You can make an appointment by calling 1-877-702-4486 or you may book online by selecting the tab below

    • You must select: Immigration

  • We strongly recommend pre-booking with the laboratory of your choice for your required blood and urine tests before coming in for your appointment with us but give yourself at least 2 hours after your appointment with us to allow time for travel or any unexpected delays

  • Fasting is not necessary. You may eat but have nothing to drink 30 min prior to your appointment

  • Women are advised to avoid booking the lab test during menstruation

X-RAY BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • X-rays are walk-in basis and do not require an appointment

  • Chest x-rays are required for ages 11 years and older

Please be advised that these are the only radiology clinics recommended for Immigration. Do not go to any other clinic for the chest x-ray. Failure to follow these instructions can result in major delays with your medical examination.
