• Both tests are separate payments. The payment for the medical exam in our location does not include these tests.

• Make sure to bring your passport and requisition forms provided for identification.

Lab Test Booking Instructions:

• Ages 5-14: no blood test required

• Ages 15 and over: blood test required

1. Once you are offered an appointment at our clinic, you can pre-book your lab appointment at any time after your appointment date with us. Please give yourself at least 2 hours after your appointment with us to allow time for travel or any unexpected delays.

2. Contact Alberta Precision Laboratory to book an appointment or walk-in if available (Please check with the lab if they accept walk-ins).

4. Fasting is not necessary.

X-ray Booking Instructions:

• X-rays are walk-in basis and do not require an appointment

• Required for ages 11 years and older

Please be advised that these are the only radiology clinics recommended for Immigration. Do not go to any other clinic for the chest x-ray.
