Appointment requests are reviewed during regular clinic hours. Response times may vary depending on appointment availability and the volume of requests.
Please note that requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.
Once you submit your request, your requested appointment time will be held for you until we confirm your appointment. You do not need to submit another request.
If your concern is urgent, please call the clinic directly rather than waiting for an appointment confirmation.
-
Our system sends appointment confirmation and reminders by both text message and email. You can choose to opt out of receiving reminders by either method or both, depending on your preference.

If you require prompt medical attention on a day when your family physician is not available or not in the office, we encourage you to take advantage of our additional care options:
After Hours Care: If you can’t get in to see your doctor, call Health Link at 811 to find out if an appointment at the clinic is right for you. More information can be found here. Your family doctor will also receive a copy of this report to ensure continuity of care.
Urgent Care Centre: Provides extended-hour access for unexpected, but non-life-threatening health concerns, which require same-day or evening treatment.
Emergency Department: If you are concerned that you are seriously ill or injured, go to the nearest Emergency Department. Patients with potentially life-threatening conditions should immediately phone 911.
