Telus Health Connect App Invitation

Our clinic has recently transitioned to the TELUS Health Connect app. With this app, patients can:

• Book and manage appointments at their convenience

• Receive appointment reminders and important updates

• Send and receive secure messages with their healthcare team

• Complete pre-visit questionnaires on their mobile device

• Attend virtual visits with their provider

• Access relevant health information and documents

• Communicate directly with their provider

• Pay for privately billed services and download invoices for insurance purposes

• Manage care for themselves and their family members

We’ve also been made aware that some patients have experienced login issues. As a result, you may receive an email invitation prompting you to download the app for a smoother transition.
